What will happen to www.yeigo.com?
While you won’t see more Yeigo-branded applications, the Yeigo team will still be here, just in the background and our applications will be delivered to you under the Telfree brand at www.telfree.com.
You will be able to continue using your Yeigo application for a few more weeks – but do upgrade, things have gotten a lot better! Eventually the Yeigo-branded service will come to an end for ALL Nokia and Windows Mobile smartphone applications on the 31 July 2010.
Can I use my Yeigo account on Telfree?
Yeigo accounts are unfortunately not transferable to Telfree – but signing up is incredibly quick and simple from www.telfree.com or from the mobile application from download.telfree.com.
Can I redeem my Yeigo credit?
Yes! If you have a credit balance in your Yeigo account, we will transfer your Yeigo credit balance to your new Telfree account. Just send us an email with the email address and mobile number of your Yeigo account, as well as your current credit balance at Yeigo to billing@telfree.com. Note that Telfree pricing will apply in the spending of the credit, not Yeigo pricing.
